Ride the S.S. BADGER and meet me……..24 & 25 August 2021
If you live in the Great Lakes area and have never taken a cruise on the Carferry S.S. BADGER, you have missed out on a great experience. It’s just a four-hour ride between Ludington, MI, and Manitowoc, WI, and you can take your car.
For your return trip, either: 1) take a return trip on the S.S. Badger; or 2) do some touring, and then drive home over the Mackinac Bridge, or 3) drive home through Chicago.
However, if you can plan a ride on 24 or 25 August of this year, I will be making a presentation on the morning run from Ludington to Manitowoc, and again on the afternoon run from Manitowoc to Ludington, on both days. My presentation will be on Great Lakes ships, sailors, and ship history.
